Change of Mind:
At Painting Supply, we do not accept returns if you change your mind or if you have ordered more products than you require. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you may be eligible for store credit or a product replacement in accordance with Australian consumer protection laws. To qualify for this, you must notify us of the fault or damage within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Please return the faulty item to us, and once we verify the issue, we will issue store credit or arrange a replacement.
Returns for Dissatisfaction:
If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order. The packaging must be intact and undamaged for the return to be considered. Please note that a minimum 14% restocking fee will apply to such returns.
Return Process:
You can return products to Painting Supply either in person or by post. If returning by post, please ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.
Restocking Fee:
A 14% restocking fee applies to all returns, except for items that are faulty or damaged upon delivery.
